Teck Whye Gardens Singapore

Teck Whye Gardens Singapore

If you dropped by Teck Whye Gardens at the junction of Choa Chu Kang Ave 1 and Teck Whye Lane in Singapore, you will see some of these park images like I did recently.

The eye-catching symmetry of Teck Whye Gardens must look really well-balanced at this particular location about mid-point between two rows of stairs.

Except for the uneven distribution of the barbecue pits, trees and shrubbery, I would say this area of Teck Whye Gardens stood out for its mirror-image symmetry.

Elsewhere, signs were present to show that Teck Whye Gardens was not just a built-up visual treat. A well-utilized children's playground reminded me that this park had a community function. The presence of carbon-stained barbecue pits was also another clue.

But the most outstanding amenity here must surely be the prominent foot reflexology park.

To a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)-illiterate person like me, this large sign board with fine shaded details about the various acupoints on the soles of feet looked impressive.

On the ground, there are multiple stones laid out buffet-style in different sizes, shapes and layout. Judging by the worn-out looks, this foot massaging facility must have been well received by the residents of Teck Whye.

Teck Whye Gardens may not possess beautiful flowers or exotic plants, but visitors will discover a host of attractive amenities despite its small size.

That is why I love our homeland. At least, with the fast-paced of living here, there are amenities conveniently located for the residents to enjoy on weekends... taking it slow for the day.

Thank you for sharing. Nice job.

Hope you had a good weekend!
